Sashiko is a traditional Japanese embroidery practice rooted in quiet rhythm and mindful hands. Originating as a way to mend and strengthen cloth, its simple, geometric patterns carry deep cultural meaning inspired by nature.

In this three-hour workshop, participants are invited to slow down and stitch with intention, embracing patience, imperfection, and the calm repetition of the needle. Each participant will create a sashiko coaster, brooch, or pin cushion...small pieces shaped by quiet focus and care.
